We need volunteers to unload race shirts for participants and set up our packet pick up area.

If you have a volunteer shirt from last year please wear it. We will have select quantity available for any volunteers that do not have one.

Course Monitor

Details

Sit on a turn of the race route and monitor runners. Bring a lawn chair, bring a friend! Ending time is approximate, and actual ending time will be when the last runner comes back by your assigned station.

Stock Taste of Wea dessert and replenish as needed.
Stock tables with food for runners to grab and go. Replenish food as needed.
Stock milk cartons in troughs and replenish as needed.

We need help with picking up/ transporting food donations from our generous sponsors/vendors on Saturday morning.

Specific instructions will be given on where to park and who to call when you arrive to the school with food donations.

Minimum met, 2 volunteer spots remaining.

Details

Leftover packets from packet pick up will be available to runners on race morning starting at 6am. Please help with distributing timed bibs & tshirts.
